THE TEAM
The staffing of Kicher includes professionals with postgraduate training in strategic and general management, human resources management, finance & accounting, purchasing and supplies management, information technology water and sanitation, and community development. While a number of consultants work as associates who are called upon from time to time depending on assignments at hand, full time consultants take responsibility for various programmes:

1 John Cheruiyot.
  • A holder of an honours degree in economics and post graduate training in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi in addition to local and overseas training in finance management and Training of Trainers, John has over 13 years of management practice, training and consulting experience gained in private, NGO and public sectors. John is the Principal Consultant in charge of training and management consultancy.

2 Peter Kibett: BSc (Maths &Computer Science) (Nairobi)
  • A systems analyst in his own right since 1988, Kibett works fulltime as the head of the Information Technology division of Kicher and Associates. He trains in IT related courses including IT security in addition to developing tailor-made software for our varied clients.

3 Grace Wanjiru Wahome (BCom, CIPS)
  • Grace is a seasoned professional who worked in the Kenya Railways Corporation purchasing and supplies function for over ten years before  moving to take senior managerial positions in Kenya Airways and Unga Group where she retired in 2003 to become an independent consultant in the same field. She is an associate consultant in charge of procurement, supplies and related services at Kicher & Associates.

4 Charle Omondi, MA (Education) , London; Dip in Clinical Medicine.
  • Mr Omondi is the firm's associate consultant for health related consulting assignments since mid 2006.

5 Eng. Muema Nzainga, BSc (Civil Eng), MSc (EHE) Nairobi, REng
  • Nzainga is a civil engineer with over 18 years experience in the design, management, training in and implementation of water and sanitation programmes. His last employment assignment was as an acting general manager at Nairobi City Council, Water and Sewerage Department and is now a full time water and sanitation management consultant. He is our associate consultant for water and sanitation projects.
